Co-operate

I have shown cooperation in P.E. We had to cross the basketball court on trolleys without touching the floor. We used ropes and there were islands to help us. Someone pushed me as I was sitting on the trolley. I then landed on the island, tied the rope to the trolley then I pushed the trolley back to the person who pushed me. He sat on it then I pulled the rope. It was difficult to cross because some people were not cooperating.

Independence

I showed independence when I went to Alaska by cleaning up my clothes and I independently took my showers without my mom and dad, I went to Alaska with my cousin and my grandparents, (my cousin's clothes were pretty messy).

Commitment

I showed commitment by showing up to every swim team practice and swim meet. I was never not there. I get up very early in the morning even though I am really tired to go to swim meets on Saturday mornings instead of lying in bed over sleeping. I am always excited to go to swim meets. I even got a certificate for having that type of commitment.
